The Hepco & Becker Tankring Basic is specially designed for the Suzuki GSX 1250 FA and SA models in 2010 to 2017. This accessory is used to secure and easily attach a tank bag directly on the motorcycle.

• The tanking enables a stable hold of the tank bag, even at high driving speeds.
• With a mechanical lock, the tank bag can be easily put on and locked safely.

Installation and compatibility

The tanking is delivered together with a counter holder, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar. The fuel lid remains fully accessible even when fueled. Only the specific tanking and a suitable tank bag is needed to fully use the system.

Differences to other tanking systems

Compared to the Lock-IT fenuso fuel from Hepco & Becker, which are also equipped with magnets for centering, the basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

Important instructions

A tank bag that was designed for the lock-IT system is not compatible with the basic tanking and vice versa. It is important to ensure that tank sac countertakers and tanking come from the same system.
