The model-specific ring allows a Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag to be mounted on the 2019 to 2021 KTM 790 Adventure R.

Tank ring with matching retaining plate

This complete product consists of the black BASIC tank ring and the corresponding retaining plate for the tank bag. Its mounting position can be adjusted to suit the tank shape and steering lock. The retaining plate is already included; a suitable BASIC tank bag is required separately.

Mechanical and straightforward operation

The tank bag audibly clicks into place when fitted. To release it, the mechanism is unlocked using the strap at the front of the tank bag. The fuel cap can also be opened with the ring fitted.

The ring works exclusively with a retaining plate from the BASIC system, not with Lock-it versions. When fitted as intended, neither an ABE nor registration is required.
