This Hepco & Becker tank ring is designed for the KTM 1190 Adventure R from model years 2013 to 2016 and holds a suitable BASIC tank bag.

Complete with tank-bag retaining plate

The kit includes the black model-specific tank ring and the required retaining plate for the tank bag. No additional retaining plate needs to be purchased. The fuel cap remains accessible after the ring is installed.

Features of the BASIC system

  • Entirely mechanical locking mechanism
  • Audible click when positioned
  • Released using the tank bag’s front strap
  • Recommended maximum: 130 km/h and approximately 3 kg load
  • Weight: 0.3 kg; made in Germany

A suitable Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag is required separately. The retaining plate and tank ring must belong to the same system; Lock-it components are not compatible. When installed as intended, neither ABE nor registration is required.
