This model-specific Hepco & Becker tank ring allows a BASIC tank bag to be mechanically attached to the Triumph Tiger 800 XC from model years 2010 to 2014.

Complete mounting kit

The product includes the black BASIC tank ring and the matching retaining plate for the tank bag. The fuel cap can still be opened with the ring fitted.

Operation and information

  • Mechanical locking mechanism with an audible click
  • Released using the strap at the front of the tank bag
  • Recommended maximum speed with tank bag: 130 km/h
  • Recommended load in the tank bag: approximately 3 kg
  • Kit weight: 0.3 kg; made in Germany

The tank ring and retaining plate must belong to the same system: a Lock-it retaining plate is not compatible with this BASIC tank ring. When installed as intended, neither ABE nor registration is required. A suitable Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag is also required.
