HAAN WHEELS front wheel for Yamaha YZ 450 F

The complete HAAN WHEELS front wheel is designed for the Yamaha YZ 450 F (CJ 05), built in 2004. With a 21 inch wheel diameter, 1.60 inch rim width and the 36T version, it is suitable for use in the MX/Enduro area.

Structure and equipment

The Excel rim, made in Japan, is made of 7000 aluminum. A one-piece hub made of 6082 aluminum forms the connection between the rim and the vehicle. Koyo bearings are used for storage. Center tube and spacers are made of 7075 aluminum.

The spokes are made of a special stainless steel and are available in a version with 32 or 36 spokes, depending on the application. Compared to OEM spokes, the strength is 30% higher. The wheel is delivered handmade, assembled and balanced.
