License plate holder ACCESS DESIGN Lick Wheel Black for the Yamaha MT-09 SP

The ACCESS DESIGN Lick Wheel license plate holder receives important functions for the Yamaha MT-09 SP and relocates the license plate holder to the wheel axle of the swingarm. The option to install indicators and LED license plate lighting remains. The holder is designed in black and combines a compact wheel axle assembly with an integrated splash guard.

Function and structure

• The ultra-reinforced mounting is made from 5mm thick steel and stiffens the license plate holder against vibrations.
• The arm is made of 5mm thick aluminum.
• The splash guard is made of 3 mm thick aluminum, is adapted to the shape of the tires and reduces splash water towards the driver and front passenger.
• The surface is coated with matt black epoxy paint. This coating is resistant to weather and stone chips.
• The assembly takes place on the wheel axle of the swing arm; If necessary, the holder replaces the aluminum chain tensioning wedge.

License plates, indicators and lighting

The license plate holder allows European and international license plates to be attached. Appropriate mounting options are provided for rod indicators as well as approved LED license plate lighting or an LED taillight. The LED license plate light is included in the kit. An additional mounting option can be created for the original indicators by drilling a second hole.

Electrical connection

A 1 m long cable harness with heat-shrinkable cable lugs is included to connect the indicators and license plate lights. The original plugs are used for the connection so that the electrical connection can be separated again. A included closure is used in place of the original license plate holder and prevents particles from entering.
