Description
PUIG Brake Cooler for Consistent Braking Performance
The PUIG Air Duct directs airflow specifically toward the brake calipers, helping deliver more consistent braking performance during sporty riding, repeated braking and high temperatures. Track testing showed an average reduction in brake caliper temperature of 10 °C. This helps counteract overheating and maintain more precise brake feel.

Targeted airflow to the brake calipers
The two cooling ducts capture and compress the airflow before directing it straight toward the brake calipers. This allows the system to work precisely where high temperatures can occur under intensive use. PUIG developed the air ducts in Barcelona and manufactured them using modern plastic molding technologies.
Steel brackets with a textured black finish provide the strength and rigidity required for intensive use. Installation is quick and can be completed in just a few minutes. For secure mounting, the specified tightening torque must be observed, as this area is exposed to high loads.
