The POLINI fuel system ⌀30mm is intended for the Vespa PX E Arcobaleno Electric Starter 150 in the full year range from 1981 to 1997. The system combines a large universal CP carburettor with a reed valve and is therefore tailored to use on this Vespa model.

Function and structure

Compared to the original fuel system, the kit is designed to be more powerful. The carburettor is made of die-cast light metal and has a chrome-plated light metal flat valve. This design improves the sliding properties and abrasion resistance of the valve.

Technical features

Each individual CP carburettor is checked for the fuel level in the carburettor bowl. This supports consistent parameters for gasification. The multi-plate manifold allows a larger carburettor to be accommodated in the Vespa and allows the engine to be used even with a worn inlet valve.
