The POLINI HT racing clutch with Z24 ring gear and straight-toothed pinion is designed for the Vespa PX E Arcobaleno 150 in the 1981-1997 model year range. Their reverse operation connects the crankshaft not to the outer bell, but to the inner hub.

Structure and function

The construction is designed for precise power transmission and smooth gear changes. A pressure plate on axial bearings supports the actuation. The aluminum bell and the cover of the block with oil collecting groove are among the described design features of the clutch.

Translation adjustment

The spring force of the clutch can be adjusted. In addition, the teeth of the primary gear can be selected to adapt the translation. Primary gears with different numbers of teeth and gearing are provided for the POLINI HT clutch. The primary gear can be replaced for clutch modification.
