MALOSSI Force Master 2 for Vespa LX IE 150

The Force Master 2 electronic control is designed to adapt the injection to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. The fuel adjustment can be changed within a range of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed. This means that the stored maps can be selected to suit the respective combination of exhaust system and cylinder.

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 150 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter

Technical data

Depending on the vehicle, the rev limiter is raised by 2,250 rpm. The specified speed limits are 9,250 rpm original and 11,500 rpm with Malossi. In conjunction with the O2 regulator, the Force Master control unit allows comprehensive control of the injection and coordination with the processing steps intended by Malossi.

Vehicle assignment and notice

The vehicle assignment is: Vespa LX IE 150, built between 2012 and 2013. The control unit is reserved exclusively for racing at designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities. It can only be used with a Malossi cylinder.
