Electronic control for coordinated 4-stroke configurations

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 allows the injection to be adapted to selected Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. There are four maps available, each of which is designed for a defined combination of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter.

Function and setting range

• Carburetion adjustment in the range of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed
• Raising the rev limiter by 2,250 RPM
• Original speed limiter: 9,250 RPM
• Speed limiter with Malossi Force Master: 11,500 RPM
• Four different maps for defined vehicle configurations

Maps

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter

Vehicle assignment

The electronic control is intended for the Vespa LX FL 125 from the entire 2012-2015 model year range. The maps must be tailored to the combination of components described in each case.

Factual note

By combining the O2 regulator with the Force Master control unit, the carburettor control is fully regulated, controlled and coordinated with the processing steps intended by Malossi. The product is intended exclusively for racing in designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities.
