The YSS mono shock with external reservoir gas is designed as a direct replacement for the original chassis of the Vespa GTS 250. The version comes from the TOP Line Z Series and combines a gas emulsion construction with adjustment options for spring preload and rebound. This allows the damper to be tailored to the respective application.

Function and execution

The mono shock has an integrated cylinder and is designed to absorb linear shocks. The specific basic and spring tuning for the respective application supports a vehicle-friendly design. As a direct replacement solution, the component is based on the position and function of the standard shock absorber.
