MALOSSI Vespower ignition for the Vespa ET 3

The MALOSSI Vespower ignition is designed as a model-specific ignition system for the Vespa ET 3 Primavera 125 2T built between 1976 and 1983. It combines a lightweight flywheel with 12V electrics and an integrated ignition system for vehicle conversion.

Function and features

• Lightweight flywheel with a weight of 1.2 kg and a moment of inertia of 28 kg/cm².
• Forged flywheel with cone ø 20 and external bracket for additional mass.
• 12V, 90 watts and 4-pin stator with output for charging the battery.
• Red colored plastic fan with optimized fan profile and booster cooling secondary fins.
• Integrated coil/control unit and cabling designed for the respective application.

The external mounting of the flywheel allows the moment of inertia to be adjusted using additional flywheel masses. These additional masses are available separately and are not part of the ignition.

Instructions for mounting on the Vespa ET 3

For correct installation, the ignition wiring included in the kit must be adjusted. In addition, all lamps must be replaced from 6 to 12 V; The original power in watts must be taken into account. The version is assigned to the Vespa ET 3 Primavera 125 2T, built between 1976 and 1983.
