Triumph America [2004-2005] - folding clutch and brake lever set

Precise control with folding Evo levers

Developed by Evotech Performance, the set replaces the Triumph America clutch and brake levers with ergonomically designed, fully adjustable levers. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism to protect the levers

Both levers can move upwards when they come into contact with a solid object. This reduces the risk of a lever breaking. A tensioned spring with bearing holds the levers securely in their intended position while driving; They can then be reset manually.

Six-way adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions for different finger lengths
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized reach adjusters on clutch and brake levers

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and bracket mounts machined from billet aluminum
• Millings on the back reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Black, durable anodization of the levers and mounts
• CNC-manufactured bolts, locking clips and other provided connecting parts made of stainless steel
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Scope of delivery

A matching set consisting of a folding clutch lever and a folding brake lever with the associated mounting brackets and the connecting components provided is supplied.

Assembly

The CNC-milled bracket mounts are designed for precise assembly of the standard components. Video installation instructions from the manufacturer are also available for installation.
