Electronic control for the Piaggio Liberty 125

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for I-Tech 4-stroke cylinders. It allows the injection to be adapted to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders and offers four different maps. This allows you to select the desired combination of cylinder, exhaust system, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter.

Function and coordination

• Injection tuning in the range of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed
• Raising the speed limiter by 2,250 rpm
• Comparative values of the speed limiter: Original 9,250 rpm, Malossi 11,500 rpm
• Four maps for different combinations with original or Malossi exhaust system as well as 125 cc or 150 cc cylinders

Maps

Curve 0 is designed for the original exhaust system, a 63mm 125cc Malossi cylinder, the original cylinder head, the original camshaft and the original filter. Curve 1 uses the same cylinder configuration with a Malossi exhaust system with a dB killer. Curve 2 is for the original exhaust system and a 63mm 150cc Malossi cylinder. Turn 3 combines this 150cc configuration with a Malossi exhaust system with a dB killer.
