Complete Care Kit for Canvas, Leather and Split Leather

This versatile maintenance kit contains coordinated products for the regular cleaning, care and reconditioning of accessories, bags and jackets made of canvas, smooth leather or split leather. The appropriate care product must be selected based on the respective material and the associated application instructions.

Care Products and Accessories

• Waterproofing spray: For the regular treatment of leather, canvas and split leather. It can be used on damp or dry material.
• Solid wax: Used for resealing and should be applied at least once a year to items that are used regularly.
• Black or brown color cream: For covering scratches and scuffs on smooth leather. Do not use on split leather. Contents: 50 ml.
• Soft brush: With a wooden handle for even, scratch-free cleaning.
• Brush with brass bristles: For polishing and cleaning split leather, also with a wooden handle.
• Cleaning disc: For removing glue and sticky residue from leather or split leather. Dimensions: 100 × 60 mm, thickness 8 mm.
• Microfiber cloth: For material-appropriate cleaning and aftercare.
• Cotton bag: With Unit Garage logo for storing the kit.

Using the Waterproofing Spray

1. Clean the item with warm, clear water if necessary.
2. Shake the bottle and spray the product evenly from a distance of 10 to 15 cm.
3. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth to improve distribution and reduce waste.
4. Allow to dry for 12 hours for optimal results.

Safety Note: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin, and use only in a well-ventilated area.

Using the Solid Wax

1. Remove dirt and sand, then clean the material with a sponge and cold water.
2. Do not use soap or detergents. Do not machine wash, dry clean, iron or tumble dry.
3. Warm the item in a warm room, in the sun or near a heat source.
4. Apply the wax sparingly with a soft cloth or sponge. Carefully work it into seams and folds and rub everything in thoroughly.
5. For an even finish, warm the waxed surface with a hair dryer.
6. Hang the treated item in a warm place overnight.

Using the Color Cream

Clean the area of smooth leather to be treated. Massage the cream in with a sponge, allow it to dry for 15 minutes and then polish with a soft cloth. The color cream must not be used on split leather.
