The VERTEX complete kit supports the overhaul of the upper engine area of the KTM 450 EXC F. It bundles the parts intended for replacing the piston and the associated components in one set, thereby making the preparation of the work easier.

Function and scope of delivery

The forged piston is designed for standard piston compression. The kit includes pistons, piston rings, piston pins, locking clips and a top-end gasket set. Since this is a four-stroke application, a timing chain is also included.
