Compact silencer for the KTM 300 XC [2019]

The PRO CIRCUIT silencer was developed as a full race silencer for two-stroke engines. Its compact design is designed for use in racing and supports a performance-oriented design of the exhaust system. The vehicle assignment applies to the KTM 300 XC built in 2019.

Structure and functional features

  • Receiving tube made of 304 stainless steel
  • Double-walled holder
  • Muffler body made from brushed 6061-T6 aluminum
  • TIG and MIG welding seams for a resilient construction
  • Internal E-Glass insulation for long pack life
  • Hex screws on inlet cap for easier access when repacking

Bolt-on inlet cap allows for quick muffler repacking. This allows the insulation to be serviced as needed to support the life of the product. The combination of brushed 6061-T6 aluminum on the silencer body, stainless steel receiving tube and double-walled bracket combines the compact design required in racing with clearly defined technical features.
