The VERTEX Complete Top End Kit - Cast Pistons bundles the components for overhauling the upper engine area of the KTM 300 SX. It supports the replacement of pistons, piston rings, piston pins and the associated locking clips in a coordinated set. The piston pin needle bearing is also included for two-stroke applications.

Function and execution

The cast piston is made of aluminum and is designed for standard compression. With two piston rings, piston pins, safety clips and top-end gasket set, the kit covers the components required for renewal in the upper engine area. The combination makes it easier to plan engine overhauls and reduces the need for separate parts.
