Its design combines a flow-oriented design of the intake area with vehicle-specific membrane slats.

Flow-optimized intake path

The housing is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamic inner surface. Four aerodynamically aligned flow dividers distribute the incoming charge at an angle evenly, without loss of flow. This means that the intake path is specifically designed for efficient air flow.

Technical features

Model-specific variable tension membrane slats

Carbon material from the aerospace sector

Rubber-coated and fuel-resistant membrane slats for a long-lasting seal

100% aluminum housing with aerodynamic inner surface

Quadruple aerodynamic flow dividers

Carburetor nozzle clamp and gasket included

No modifications to the vehicle required

Vehicle assignment

The membrane block is intended for the KTM 300 EXC Factory Edition, built in 2017. The model-specific design takes into account the model, year of manufacture and engine capacity of this vehicle.

Function

The RC2 series is designed as an optimized intake system. The combination of coordinated diaphragm tension, fuel-resistant fins and aerodynamic housing design supports an efficient intake process as well as the increase in peak power and acceleration described by the manufacturer for this model.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0871/4616/8646/files/1020998-1_72e35c0b-54db-4253-a330-5b2d8334ac48.jpg?v=1788320075
https://motorize-canada.com/products/ktm-300-exc-factory-edition-2017-rad-valve-rc2-membrane-block-carbon-slats-ktm-hva
