BOYESEN Wheel Diaphragm Block for KTM 300 EXC 2007-2016

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed for the KTM 300 EXC from the 2007-2016 model year range. The intake system combines a model-specific design with a design designed for efficient intake flow, thus supporting the optimization of power, torque and elasticity of the engine.

Optimized flow guidance

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum and has an optimized inner surface. A 4-way diffuser directs the air flows in a targeted manner and serves to avoid pressure losses in the intake area. The construction of the BOYESEN membrane blocks is individually tailored to the respective motorcycle model.

• The coating supports a longer service life of the seals

Assembly and scope of delivery

Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification.
