RFX Pro clutch cover for the KTM 250 EXC SIX Days

The RFX Pro clutch cover is intended for the 2017 KTM 250 EXC SIX Days. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc. This allows the oil temperature to be reduced during long races, particularly in heavily muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch stress.

Function and construction

The clutch cover is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The construction allows for thin, lightweight areas and combines low weight with high strength and durability. Compared to a standard cover, it offers a more resistant design that can better counteract damage caused by stones, rocks, footrests and brake pedals.

The increased oil capacity and designed oil circulation support a longer clutch life. Selected models also use an inner scoop design that increases the oil flow to the center of the basket.
