Function and construction

Made from aerospace-grade titanium, the footrests combine a resilient construction with low weight. The TIG welded version uses Ti-6Al-4V titanium and is precision manufactured by hand. The serrated surface also reduces shoe wear as the foot drags less on the tenon. The material helps prevent corrosion.
