BOYESEN wheel membrane block for KTM 250 EXC

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the KTM 250 EXC from the 2002-2003 model year range. Its design combines an optimized internal surface with a flow-oriented design of the intake path.

Function and construction

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum and has a 4-way diffuser. This is designed to optimize air flows and avoid pressure losses. The intake air routing is therefore specifically tailored to the requirements of the intake system.

The model-specific membrane plates have variable flexibility and are made of aviation-grade carbon. In addition, the membrane plates have a rubber coating and are hydrocarbon-resistant. This supports a longer service life for the seals.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

Suitable for the KTM 250 EXC, built between 2002 and 2003. Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The assembly takes place directly without modification.
