Components and processing

HAAN WHEELS manufactures the wheels with selected off-road components. The Excel rims are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. Milled hubs made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy are made on CNC machines in the Netherlands and are a one-piece, anodized design.

The stainless steel spokes are made from a special stainless steel blend and offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers complement the wheel construction. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
