The BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 membrane block is a model-specific intake component for the KTM 125 SX from 2016. Its design combines a flow-optimized internal guide with coordinated carbon slats to specifically support the intake performance and response behavior of the engine.

Flow-optimized design

The membrane block has a body made of 100% aluminum. The aerodynamically designed inner surface and four-fold directional divider distribute the mixture flowing in at an angle evenly through the intake path, without loss of flow. The design of the Rad Valve RC2 is tailored to the respective model, year of manufacture and displacement.

Function and assembly

The variably pre-tensioned membrane slats are specially tailored to the KTM 125 SX. Together with the multi-stage diaphragm control, the design supports efficient intake, higher peak power and better acceleration for this vehicle model. The scope of delivery includes a carburettor socket clamp and a gasket. No modifications are required for assembly.
