PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Precise lever control for the KTM 1190 Adventure

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a defined grip.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid obstacle, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring with bearings keeps it securely in position while driving. The lever is then manually returned to the starting position.

Short Evo brake lever

The non-folding brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Due to its shortened shape, the end of the ball is closer to the vehicle and further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable grip width

  • Six adjustment positions on both levers
  • Red anodized reach adjusters
  • Milled markings for clear position indication
  • Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm

Materials and workmanship

  • Lever blades and holder connections made from milled solid aluminum material
  • CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
  • Weight-reducing cutouts on the back of the lever while maintaining strength
  • Black anodized lever blades and holder connections
  • Ball end dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Scope of delivery

  • An Evo clutch lever with a folding lever design
  • A short, non-folding Evo brake lever
  • Six-way adjustable, red anodized reach adjusters on both levers
  • Matching CNC machined holder connections

Assembly

The precise CNC-milled holder connections are designed to accommodate the intended original components and enable a precise installation on the motorcycle.

Compatibility

Suitable for the KTM 1190 Adventure from 2013 to 2016.
