PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Precise lever control for the KTM 1050 Adventure

Developed by Evotech Performance, this Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support pleasant, controlled operation.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid obstacle, the clutch lever blade can move upwards and then be manually returned to its starting position. A tensioned spring and bearing hold the lever securely in position during normal operation.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo brake lever is designed for two-finger operation. Its shorter shape positions the ball end closer to the vehicle, thereby reducing exposure at the handlebar end. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

  • Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
  • Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
  • Milled markings indicate the selected position
  • Red anodized adjusters for clear visual differentiation

Materials and manufacturing

  • Lever blades and connections to the brackets made from CNC machined aluminum
  • Milling on the back to reduce weight while maintaining strength
  • CNC-manufactured stainless steel bolts and locking elements
  • Black anodized surfaces on lever blades and bracket connections
  • Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Scope of delivery

  • Evotech Evo clutch lever with folding mechanism
  • Evotech Evo short two-finger brake lever
  • Model-specific connections to the brackets
  • Red anodized reach adjusters on both levers

Assembly

The precise CNC-milled bracket connections are designed to accommodate the standard components and support precise assembly. Video assembly instructions are provided by the manufacturer.

Compatibility

Suitable for the KTM 1050 Adventure from 2015 to 2016.
