Precise lever control for the Kawasaki Z500

The Evotech Evo Set includes a folding clutch lever and a full-length folding brake lever. Both levers were developed for ease of use, a precise feel and use on the road, race track and off-road trips.

Folding mechanism to protect the levers

If they come into contact with a solid object, the lever blades can move upwards. This reduces the risk of a lever breaking if the motorcycle falls or falls over. A tensioned spring with bearing holds each lever securely in its normal position; the reset is done manually.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Anodized red adjusters with milled markings
• Deeply rounded lever edges for comfortable contact and controlled operation

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and bracket connections are made from solid aluminum material. Millings on the back reduce weight without sacrificing the required strength of the construction.

Scope of delivery and assembly

A matching set of clutch and brake levers is supplied. The CNC-milled bracket connections are designed to precisely accommodate the required original components and support uncomplicated assembly.
