Controlled seating position with a racing character

The Evotech Race tank pad extends the tank area of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R by 50 mm. This shifts the seating position further back, which can allow for more control or comfort depending on body proportions.

Function and benefit

Since drivers' body proportions differ, the pad complements the unchanged seat surface with a positioning that is offset backwards. The concept came about at the suggestion of racing teams who wanted a more aerodynamic driving position.

Assembly

The tank pad is intended for positioning on the fuel tank. Its ergonomic contour follows the shape of the Kawasaki tank.
