Precise lever control for the Kawasaki Ninja 400

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges along the levers ensure an ergonomic support and a controlled operating feel.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and a bearing keep it securely in position while driving. The lever can then be manually returned to its original position.

Short Evo brake lever

The non-folding brake lever is designed as a short two-finger lever. The end of the ball is closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individual setting

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters

Construction and materials

• Machined billet aluminum lever blades and mounting links
• Black anodized surface on levers and mounts
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the back of the lever while maintaining strength
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Dimensions of the ball ends in accordance with legal requirements
• Evotech Performance logos on levers and mounts

Assembly

The CNC-milled mounting connections are designed to precisely accept the original components. Video instructions from the manufacturer are available for assembly.
