Construction and execution

The handcrafted wheel combination combines a black Excel rim made from 7000 aluminum with a green hub made from 1 piece of 6082 billet aluminum. The Excel rim is manufactured in Japan. Koyo bearings complete the structure.

Components in detail

The central tube and the spacers are made of 7075 aluminum. Depending on the application, 32 or 36 spokes are used. The spokes are made from special stainless steel and, according to the product information, are 30% stronger than OEM spokes. This gives the front wheel clearly defined equipment for the supermoto use described.
