Short levers for precise operation

The Evotech Performance Evo short lever set was developed model-specifically for the Kawasaki ER5. The levers, which are shorter than the original levers, offer a usable width of approximately 55 mm and are designed to be operated with two gloved fingers.

Ergonomics and adjustment

• Deeply rounded lever edges for pleasant contact and a controlled operating feel
• Six-stage reach adjustment on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings show the selected setting position
• Red, permanently anodized reach adjusters

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and mounting brackets are made from solid aluminum and then anodized black. Millings on the back of the lever reduce weight without sacrificing the required strength.

• CNC-milled connection areas for precise mounting of the original components
• CNC machined stainless steel bolts and locking clips
• Ball ends with legally compliant dimensions
• Defined breaking point at the end of the ball

Scope of delivery

A model-specific set consisting of a short clutch lever and a short brake lever with the associated mounting brackets and reach adjusters is supplied.

Assembly

The set replaces the standard levers and is tailored to the specific mountings of the Kawasaki ER5. A basic set of tools is sufficient for installation. The precisely milled mounts make it easier to adopt the intended original components.

Compatibility

Suitable for Kawasaki ER5 from 2004 to 2005. The lever set is not universal.
