Aerodynamically developed shape

PUIG tested the Z-Racing line in the virtual wind tunnel. Compared to the original model, this lens improves aerodynamic protection by an average of 12.7% in an upright upper body position and by 61% in the racing position. The double height directs airflow over the helmet and upper torso, while side channels direct air outwards, reducing air pressure in the shoulder area.

Robust manufacturing from Barcelona

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the disc is made from 3mm thick, high-impact acrylic. The component is light, robust and durable. The 2mm thick rounded edge meets the relevant German TÜV safety controls. A camera-based inspection system supports quality control during production.

Fastening and ABE note
