Function and construction

The underrun protection is manufactured as a one-piece component using the thermoforming process. The PE-HD is cut to size and shaped using heat. The one-piece construction is designed to protect the lower part of the vehicle and weighs 40% less than aluminum with a thickness of 4mm.

Assembly and scope of delivery

The assembly takes place on the OEM brackets and requires no drilling or modifications to the motorcycle. A mounting kit and assembly instructions are included in the scope of delivery.
