RFX Pro clutch cover for Husqvarna TC 250

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the Husqvarna TC 250 from the 2017-2022 model year range. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc. This allows the oil temperature to remain lower during long races, especially in muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch load.

Function and construction

The RFX Pro Series design supports larger oil capacity and improved oil circulation in the clutch area. This can reduce thermal stress on the clutch and support its durability during demanding racing use.

The lid is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum. The construction allows for light, thinly crafted areas and combines low weight with high strength. At the same time, the clutch cover offers robust protection against stress from stones, footrests and brake pedals.
