Left hand rear wheel brake for the Husqvarna FE 501

The REKLUSE Racing left hand rear wheel brake kit enables the rear wheel brake to be operated using the left hand. The rear foot pedal remains usable. The additional operating option supports controlled line selection, particularly on technical terrain, for example on steep slopes, on narrow ridges and on demanding curved sections.

Function and benefits

• The manual operation provides a direct braking feel, even if a rigid boot makes operating the foot pedal difficult.
• The rear brake can be finely adjusted in corners to specifically adjust the line and support traction and cornering speed.
• The right foot can be extended to improve body position and traction, while the ball of the foot can be shifted backwards for more favorable weight distribution.
• On steep descents, off-road riders can place both feet to maintain stability and control.

RAD Mount Technology separates the handlebar clamp from the master cylinder housing. This allows the lever position to be optimized independently of components on the handlebar such as the kill switch, hand protectors and standard clutch mount. The kit is suitable as a supplement to an automatic clutch.
