RFX Pro clutch cover for Husqvarna FE 450

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the Husqvarna FE 450 built between 2017 and 2023. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc. This allows the oil temperature to be kept lower during long races, especially in muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch stress.

Function and construction

The Pro construction supports higher oil capacity and improved oil circulation in the clutch area. This contributes to lower thermal load and a longer service life of the clutch. On select versions, an inner scoop design supports oil flow to the center of the basket.

Material and surface

The clutch cover is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. Manufactured from a solid block of aluminum allows for thin, lightweight areas while supporting high strength and durability. Compared to a standard cover, the construction is designed for increased resistance to contact with stones, footrests and brake pedals.

The black hard anodized surface treatment improves wear resistance from boots and grit and maintains the lid's durable appearance.
