Honda Monkey 125 [2022-2024] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise lever control for the Honda Monkey 125

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges along the levers ensure an ergonomic contact surface and a controlled operating feel.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and a bearing hold it securely in its intended position while driving. The lever is then reset manually.

Short Evo brake lever

The non-folding brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its compact length positions the ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm with a tolerance of ±1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for precise adjustment to different finger lengths

Material and manufacturing

• Lever and holder connections CNC machined from solid aluminum
• Millings on the back reduce the weight while maintaining strength
• CNC-manufactured stainless steel bolts and locking elements
• Durable black anodizing on levers and holder connections
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Scope of delivery

An Evotech Evo lever set consisting of a folding clutch lever and a short brake lever with the associated holder connections and red reach adjusters is supplied.

Assembly

The precise CNC machining of the holder connections is designed to accommodate the original components and supports precise assembly.
