Components and processing

The wheels use Excel 7000 series aluminum alloy rims, machined one-piece 6082 T6 aluminum alloy hubs, and stainless steel spokes. The hubs are manufactured and anodized on CNC machines. According to the product description, the stainless steel spokes offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability.
