PUIG Air Duct for the Honda CBR600RR from 2013
Targeted cooling air for the brake calipers: The PUIG Air Duct was developed for the Honda CBR600RR from model year 2013 and directs frontal airflow straight toward the brake calipers. Created from MotoGP experience and in collaboration with the Honda HRC Team, the system helps maintain consistent braking performance under high thermal loads.
Controlled airflow for brake cooling
The two air ducts capture incoming air from the front, compress and accelerate it, and direct it toward the brake calipers. Track tests recorded an average temperature reduction of up to 10 °C at the calipers. This allows the brakes to operate within a more favorable temperature range during intense braking, sustained use or high ambient temperatures.
The reduced thermal load supports more consistent braking performance and a steadier feel at the brake lever. The product was developed on the racetrack and validated under real-world riding conditions.
High-quality construction by PUIG
PUIG manufactures the two cooling ducts from high-quality ABS at its own facility in Barcelona, near the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Sturdy steel brackets provide the necessary strength and rigidity. Their textured black finish first undergoes a cataphoresis treatment for long-term protection against oxidation.

Finishes and installation
The Air Duct is available in black, matte black and carbon look. The mounting system is designed for quick and easy installation. Because this is a sensitive, highly stressed area, the specified tightening torque must be observed.
