Precise control for clutch and brake

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable handling and a controlled lever feel.

Folding mechanism on the clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring with bearings keeps it securely in position while driving. It can then be manually returned to its original position.

Short Evo brake lever

The short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. The end of the ball, which is positioned closer to the vehicle, is less exposed to the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individual reach adjustment

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Anodized red adjusters
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position

Materials and manufacturing

• Lever blades and holder connections made from CNC machined billet aluminum
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the back of the lever while maintaining strength
• Durable black anodizing on levers and holder connections
• Evotech Performance logos on levers and brackets

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely accept the original components. The manufacturer also provides video assembly instructions.
