Evotech Evo lever set for the Harley-Davidson Sportster S

Developed in the UK, the set replaces clutch and brake levers with precisely manufactured, adjustable, full-size levers. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Folding mechanism for additional protection

If you come into contact with a solid obstacle, the lever blades can move upwards. This reduces the risk of the lever breaking in the event of a tip over or fall. A preloaded spring with bearing holds each lever securely in its working position; It can then be reset manually.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized reach adjusters

Materials and construction

• Lever blades and bracket connections made from milled aluminum
• Black, durable anodized surface
• CNC-manufactured bolts, locking clips and other provided connecting parts made of stainless steel
• Millings on the back of the lever reduce the weight while maintaining strength
• Ball ends correspond to the legal dimensional requirements

Assembly
