Construction and manufacturing

The rim is made of 7000 series aluminum alloy and is listed as an Excel rim. The machined, one-piece hub is machined from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy, anodized and machined on CNC machines in the Netherlands.

Stainless steel spokes made from a special stainless steel mixture are used to connect the hub and rim. According to the product information, their tensile strength is 30% higher than that of OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability.
