Control and protection for clutch and brake

The Evotech Evo lever set combines ergonomically shaped clutch and brake levers with a folding joint mechanism. When contact with a solid obstacle, the levers can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage in the event of a tip over or fall.

A preloaded spring with bearing holds each lever securely in its normal position. After deflecting, the lever can be manually returned to its original position.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Deeply rounded lever edges for pleasant contact and controlled lever feel

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and holder holders are made from solid aluminum material. Millings on the back reduce weight without sacrificing the required strength of the construction.

• CNC machined connections between lever blade and holder
• CNC-manufactured stainless steel hinge pins and locking elements
• Black anodized lever blades and holder mounts
• Red anodized reach adjusters
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Scope of delivery

A complete Evotech Evo set consisting of a folding clutch lever and a folding brake lever with integrated six-way adjustment is supplied.

Assembly

The precisely CNC-manufactured holder holders are designed to accept the corresponding original components. Video instructions from the manufacturer are available for download for assembly.
