Ducati 996 [1999-2001] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise lever control for the Ducati 996

Developed by Evotech Performance, the set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever

The clutch lever can deflect upwards when it comes into contact with a solid object to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearing holds it securely in its normal position while driving; the reset is done manually.

The short brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. In addition, it has a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for clear visual differentiation

CNC machined construction

• Lever blades and mounting brackets made from milled solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Milled lever backs to reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Black, durable anodization of the levers and mounts
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements
