The shorter GR86 nylon tank allows for a seating position further forward and improves the weight distribution on the front wheel. This reduces the perceived distance to the handlebars and changes the driving experience.

Original functions are retained

The motorcycle's fuel cap, fuel pump and activated carbon filter are still used. The low fuel warning light also remains functional. No modifications to these original parts are required, making the conversion completely reversible.
