The NineT/7 40th tank for a more classic R nineT

The shorter NineT/7 40th tank changes the ergonomics of the BMW R nineT: the seating position moves further forward, which means the front wheel can be put under more targeted load and the distance to the handlebars is smaller. The tank is delivered painted and ready to assemble.

Tank and function

• Made from nylon
• Capacity: 18.5 liters
• Weight: 2kg less than the original tank
• The original fuel cap and original fuel pump are still used
• The reserve warning light remains functional
• The original activated carbon filter is retained
• Completely reversible conversion without changing the original components
• All brackets for attaching the tank are included
• TÜV tested

The tank is delivered fully painted; the stickers are under the clear coat. For the white version, the stickers must be purchased separately.

Karakum tank saddle bag

The Karakum bag described closes the transition between Unit Garage's NineT tanks and the bench seats used with the original tank. It offers space for small items such as keys, telepass, gate opener or coins.
