Öhlins chassis technology in the high 375 mm version

This Öhlins rear shock is manufactured and tuned to Unit Garage's exclusive specifications. The high version combines a monobody under nitrogen pressure with a separate expansion tank and extensive adjustment options.

Assembly according to model and emissions standard

• BMW R nineT from 2014 to 2016 with EURO 3: Installation without making any changes to the motorcycle.
• BMW R nineT from 2017 with EURO 4 as well as all Racer and Pure models of this version: Installation only after removing the activated carbon filter located to the left of the shock absorber.
• BMW R nineT from 2021 with EURO 5: Assembly without changes to the motorcycle.

Exhaust Compatibility Notes

The shock absorber is not compatible with the Akrapovič Single HIGH and the high unit garage exhaust versions mentioned. According to the manufacturer, installation of the corresponding high unit garage version is only possible if the pillion frame is removed and the Öhlins holder provided is used.
