Robust side protection for the BMW Boxer

The heavy duty crash bars protect the side areas of the boxer engine with a double tube construction. Their shape is coordinated with the frame and lines of the BMW R nineT.

Construction and surface

• Pair for the right and left side of the vehicle
• Double side protection tube
• Made from steel
• Pipe diameter: 25mm
• Pipe wall thickness: 2 mm
• Surface with highly resistant powder coating

Function and maintenance

The brackets are designed to provide good protection in the event of a fall and fit into the frame of the R nineT. Most maintenance work can be performed without removing the crash bars.

Compatibility

The crash bars are compatible with all BMW R nineT models from 2017, including the EURO 5 models. They can be used with aftermarket or OEM guards and cylinder head covers.
